The Human Resources Training Specialist will report to the Director of Human Resources and will responsible for the planning, designing, development and implementation of all SnapAV HR training programs. This position will provide expert consultation, analysis, facilitation, research and project management to the development of all employees. The HR Training Specialist should be comfortable speaking to large groups and have outstanding communication skills. Strategic thinking, high organization, and time management are key attributes that will contribute to success in this position.
