The Director of Product Analysis & Pricing will report to the EVP of Product Marketing and will be responsible for research and analysis that will drive product and pricing decisions across the organization. Core to the role will be the creation of a regular management cadence and reporting to understand business trends, by category, combined with the necessary research and analysis to identify and execute against opportunities. This role will also lead pricing strategy for all business units ensuring continuous improvement, best practices and pricing optimization to maximize gross profit.
The Director of Product Analysis & Pricing will work cross functionally and should be able to influence others without direct authority. With high exposure to senior leadership this role requires the ability to effectively articulate a viewpoint and will need high attention to detail with excellent communication/presentation skills. SnapAV is a fast-paced environment therefore this position requires someone who can manage multiple products simultaneously as well as being a motivated self-starter. The Director of Product Analysis & Pricing will be leading cross-functional initiatives while establishing a platform to grow into P&L responsibility.
