Position Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will be responsible for the strategic development and management of targeted marketing campaigns on  This role will experiment with different campaign approaches, is metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting complex reports, and translating the results into future campaign actions.  The Digital Marketing Manager should have experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment, have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across internal stakeholders.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimize dynamically targeted content to achieve established business goals
  • Leverage customer attributes and purchase behavior to personalize customer interactions designed to increase average order size
  • Test and optimize a dynamic product recommendation strategy to maximize the percentage of cross sell purchases online
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure effective audience targeting, successful campaign launch and optimization, and accurate measurement of campaign performance
  • Build out targeted messaging campaigns based on customer lifecycle segments to influence online engagement
  • Create and maintain regular reporting on overall performance and individual campaign analytics


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 5+ Years’ experience of integrated marketing disciplines
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated track record of analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledgeable with marketing automation best practices, technologies and trends


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing disciplines such as audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics
  • Experience using Dynamic Yield
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Previous experience within Consumer Electronics
