Position Description

The Customer Satisfaction Specialist will report to the Customer Satisfaction Manager and will be responsible for offering world class customer service to all customers.  This role requires someone who is motived, experienced and dynamic.  The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.  The Customer Satisfaction Specialist will perform calm under pressure while meeting customers’ needs, have an eye for details and excellent follow up.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide every customer with world class customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Assist customers with the placement of orders, returns and exchanges
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
  • Recommend additional products to customers
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments

 

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ Year Customer Service

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience using SAP
