Position Description

SnapAV is seeking a motivated, experienced and dynamic professional to fill the position of Customer Satisfaction Specialist. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.  An ideal Customer Satisfaction Specialist will perform calm under pressure while meeting customers’ needs, have an eye for details and excellent follow up.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Delight the customer with world class service (we don't want average!)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with the placement of orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach with every customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments
  • Be adventurous, creative, and open minded
  • Do what it takes to make the customer happy!

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 Year Excellent Customer Service Experience
  • Able to work 11AM to 8PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
